Usage Amount for Reference

(1) Dipping Process: RH-NB-8068-8 diluted emulsion 1-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process: RH-NB-8068-8 diluted emulsion 5-20g/L

Package

100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8068-8 diluted as 1:3,please use high-speed dispersion machine.

Ratio of raw materials:

RH-NB-8068-8:100kg

Water: 300kg

Glacial acetic acid:2kg

Technological process:

1. Add RH-NB-8068-8 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

3. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;  

6. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;  

7. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes;  

8. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, full mix and dispatch material.
