Introduction

Super soft smooth hydrophilic silicone oil RH-NB-8098-9 is modified quaternary ammonium multi-copolymerized polymer polysiloxane.

Appearance: little yellow transparentliquid

Application

Apply to the soft hydrophilic finishing of woven and knitted cotton fabric.

Usage Amount for Reference 

Recommend to dilute 20% emulsion to use.

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-8098-9 diluted emulsion   2-6%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-8098-9 diluted emulsion   10-40g/L

Package

 100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

 Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8098-9：           200kg

Emulsifier:                 40kg

Acid water:         5kg Glacial acetic acid+5kg water

Water:                     360kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8098-9 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

3. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

4. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

6. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

7. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
