Usage Amount for Reference

(1) Dipping Process: Dilution  1~5 %( o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process: Dilution 10~50g/L

Package

 100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

 Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8973： 100kg

Emulsified to silicone emulsion, transparent appearance

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8973 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

3. Add 40kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

4. Add 40kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

5. Full mix, dispatch material.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, dispersion plate between 25 cm and 35 cm in diameter, maximum speed is 1500 RPM
