Padding process RH-NB-680A（1： 2~4) Dilution: 10~50 g/L

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-680A：           100kg

Glacial acetic acid:          1kg

Water:                    300kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-680A to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

3. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

5. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

6. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

7. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.
