Application

Apply to polyester, polyester/cotton, polyester/nylon and nylon/cotton etc.

Usage Amount for Reference

RH-NB-8115 can be diluted to 1:3~1:5.

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-8115 diluted emulsion     3-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-8115 diluted emulsion     10-30g/L

Package

100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8113：             100kg

Water:                     200kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8115 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

3. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

5. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

6. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

7. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.
